this weeks topic: Books I Struggled to Finish (aka. What books did I stop reading and just skim read towards the end.)

Rebel Belle  by Rachel Hawkins: I think am the only one who hasn’t fallen in love with this book. The main character was annoying and though there was some cool parts it doesn’t make up for that. I had to push through this book, and its funny that the last two chapters where the best part. To me anyway.

Wither by Lauren DeStefano: I really didn’t enjoy this book its a first in the series and I will not be finishing the series like I didn’t finish the book. I liked the concept of the book, but the characters bored me, and so predictable that I skimmed though most of it.

Losing It by Cora Carmack: This is a new adult book that I enjoyed the first couple of chapters but then fell flat with me. It was all of her denying her feelings for the guy and all this unnecessary drama that got dragged on for to long.

The Austere Academy by Lemony Snicket: if you read one book in these series you pretty much read them all. I enjoy this books for what they are but this one just didn’t get to where I knew it was going fast enough and so it got skimmed.

Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell: it was hard for me to get though this book, although everyone loves it. I couldn’t finish it because I could guess what was happening and didn’t fell like finishing it after that.

Well this is my first time doing this while watching others do it. So I made one and enjoyed myself so will be doing them again. Let me know what you think and what your top 5 might be.
