Friday Reads

I feel like I haven’t posted in forever and it’s even because am busy more like am tired. I’ve also have a slow reading month again and is trying to get through one of many of my current reads.

The one book I want to get through this weekend is Dark Lover by J.R. Ward am almost finished with it so that my goal. Don’t know what I’ll be reading next but is nothing new.

Happy reading this reading.

Friday reads: Dark Triumph by Robin LaFevers

When Sybella arrived at the doorstep of St Mortain half mad with grief and despair the convent were only too happy to offer her refuge – but at a price. The sisters of this convent serve Death, and with Sybella naturally skilled in both the arts of death and seduction, she could become one of their most dangerous weapons.

But her assassin’s skills are little comfort when the convent returns her to the life that nearly drove her mad. Her father’s rage and brutality are terrifying, and her brother’s love is equally monstrous. But when Sybella discovers an unexpected ally she discovers that a daughter of Death may find something other than vengeance to live for…

My thoughts so far:
I’ve only gotten 80 pages so far and enjoying it so far. Sybella is so different from Ismae in pretty much every way. Enjoying and wait to see what happens next especially since someone I thought who died in the last books is actual alive. Yay.

Hope everyone has a fun weekend and happy reading to all. 🙂
