Bookish Scenarios Tag

1.You have to rid of all the books (My parents would be happy) and you can only keep one from each of these genres-contemporary, fantasy, non-fiction, and one other genre of your choosing. What do you keep?

Contemporary: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

Fantasy: Defiance by C.J. Redwine

Non-fiction: Between Shades of Grey by Ruta Sepetys (If I actual had this book but then again I don’t have any non-fiction).

2.You’re at the bookstore and you hear a teenager telling their mom they don’t like to read, but their mom says they need to pick something. You walk over and recommend a book you think is great for people who aren’t big on reading-what book is it? It would have to be any fairytale retellings. Maybe the teen would relate more if they read a story about Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast or one of the many others.

3.You’re not felling yourself and need a pick me up. Which book do you read to put yourself in great mood? I have two. I love rereading Anne and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. Then there is any Morgan Matson I always enjoy her stories.

4.You go back in time for a day to your teenage years. What book would you most likely have caught yourself reading? Twilight most likely.

5. Your friend surprises you with 4 day-trip and have 1 hour to pack. What book do you bring to read on the way. One of my chunky books because it makes the trip a little faster.

6. Your house been robbed! Don’t worry everyone is safe, but your bookshelf has been raided. What’s the book you really hope is safe? I don’t have anything really that special where I would care.

7. Your friend borrows a book and returns it in awful condition. Do you a) just pretend you haven’t noticed. b) ask them to repurchase it or c) secretly do the same thing of their. Or d) curse them silently and never let them burrow any of my book again. I choose d all the way. lol.

Its been forever since I actual done a tag and you’ll probably see plenty of these. My reading has slowed down again and though am doing read a thons this month. Its still nothing special. Also I’ve been thinking more about writing so yeah that should be interesting. Until next post thanks for viewing.

  1. I can’t wait to read Fangirl! Can’t believe I STILL haven’t picked up a Rainbow Rowell book. As for a fairytale retelling, I’d definitely recommend Cinder. It’s sci-fi-ish but the author is amazing!
