My Growing Love For Audible

Okay time to talk about something I’ve been doing a lot of lately. That being growing my TBR pile to also including audible reads. It all started with my all time favorite series right now and that’s Naked in Death by J.D Robb. After that it’s been all down hill. I’ve kept my books to my current TBR pile, and even though that is no excuse its a reason.

Since I’ve started my audible TBR I’ve listened to 23 books in total. Keep in mind I have a total number being of 72. So no real accomplishment. However by listening and reading helps me with my TBR since I easy get distracted.

Now some to me really good listens have to   repeating the In Death series. I could not for the life of me just read the book at first. However thanks to Susan Ericksen (who is a fantastic narrator). Kind of the reason am obsessed now. Also there is The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness which if you’ve ever tired to read the book the grammar is a little hard. However listening to it helped with that, and once I started I couldn’t stop. Lastly The Martian where you just get the humor behind how series the sitution is.

However with the joy there where some I enjoyed listening to even if I  didn’t overly love the narrator. Examples of this would be Angel Fall by Susan Ee and The Edge of Never by J.A Redmerski. I gave both books five stars even if the narrators weren’t my favorite.

I have a love for audible for the fact that when I don’t feel like picking up a book I can listen to a book. Also when driving places, basketball games I don’t overly want  to be at, or a new favorite listen to while closing at work. Though my bank account don’t enjoy the expense will that’s nothing new then any other collection I have book wise.
