Also her attacker becomes a stalker and she finds out she’s not the only victim. Now Jacqueline has to adapt to everything and have to decide if she wants to fight back or become keep being a victim.

My Thoughts:

This book took me by surprise in a good way. I didn’t get the whole follow your high school to college. Especially since going to that college doesn’t benefit Jacqueline future plans on being a music teacher. But then she gets dumped after being there for two month.
I did like how Webber showed cased something that could happen if not careful at a college campus. Jacqueline had the experience of almost getting rapped by a frat boy. If it wasn’t for Lucas showing up when he did. Then we go into how some don’t speak about it and that the frat guy could become a stalker or continue to hurt others. Also that learning to defend yourself is the best way of not becoming a victim again. Also we watch as side are drawn and relationships can’t break at that.
I loved how this book isn’t all about a romantic relationship between Jacqueline and Lucas.

They relationship itself is hard since they had a tutor/student thing by email and then Lucas past that kept him at arms length. I loved them. I also loved Benji and Erin they are my favorite side characters who have wonderful personalities. I know that Erin has her own book coming soon which makes me excited. However if Benji gets one I would total read.

I really enjoyed this story and I will continue with this series. This book took me by surprise and am excited to see what else Tammara Webber has for these series.
