Radreadathon Wrap Up

So I just finished a readathon called radreadathon that was hosted on Instrgram. I did this to help read more since I haven’t finished anything since the first week of May. So to help with that I joined in a read-a- thon and here the details.

Title: #radreadathon

Host by: & @midnightburrito

Dates: May 23-29

1. must complete all challenge.

2. challenges can be combined

3. must read a total of three books.

CHALLENGES: a book w/ more than 500 pages.

2. read a book w/ less then 250 pgs. a book w/ the “Queen” in the title. book by a new author. a purple book.

6.start a series.

7.finish a series.

So how did I do well with combining some of the challenges I read a total of five books. The challenges I combined and the books I read are as following.

A book over 500 pages and with “Queen” in the title.

A book with less then 250 pages. I got two for these one in the same series.

Start a series with purple on the cover and is a new author. Easy

Finish a series.

I also have reviews on all these books just click on the picture and it will take you to the review. Since am  proud of myself for this a snicker pie is in order to celebrate. I went from reading three books in the beginning of the month to finishing up with 8 books.

There is also another read-a-thon that I will be doing in the beginning of June that will hopefully cut me big book TBR.

Is there anymore read-a-thons happening in June? Because I may need another one when I get a bit slump. Please let me know and if you did any read-a-thons this month.

Friday Read including TBR Takedown 2.0

yes am still trying to read even if it’s slow going. My current read is Cruel Beauty a Beauty and the Beast Retelling by Rosamund Hodge. Am only a little over 100 pages and waiting for more. I’ll most likely be reading this during the TBR Takedown because I know I won’t finish it today.

And speaking of Takedown TBR

Up above is my TBR pile that I can hopefully will get through. the read-a-thon last from the 25th to the 31st.  The first two books in the Under the Never Sky are re-reads. Hopefully I can get through them so that I can finally see how it ends in Into the Still Blue. Maybe Somday will be my second Colleen Hoover book. Hope to enjoy it. And I’ve already said my peace on Cruel Beauty so wish me luck.

On this read-a-thon am doing a page count  instead of books. Reason being I’ll probably just read a little here and there It would be simpler. So anyway like I said wish me luck on these and let me know if your joining in. If you are use the #tbrtakedown on Twitter to find others who are joining in.
